01Nature of services

I provide customized professional services: paid media management, conversion tracking implementation, technical SEO audits, and growth consulting. Because these engagements represent tailored strategic work and allocated professional time rather than off-the-shelf physical goods, delivered work and past service periods cannot be returned.

02Milestones and retainers

Work is agreed in advance through project milestones or monthly retainers invoiced via invoice.heshamm.com. Once work on an agreed milestone or active monthly billing cycle has begun, the fees corresponding to that period are earned and non-refundable. If you have prepaid for milestones or future project phases that have not yet started, you may request a refund for that uninitiated portion.

03Ending an engagement

Either of us can end an ongoing engagement with written notice by email, respecting any notice period agreed in the proposal (or 14 days if not specified). Work performed up to the termination date remains payable. Any prepaid fees covering time or deliverables past the effective termination date will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

04Platform ad spend

Advertising spend on platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat is paid directly by you to those platforms or drawn from your linked ad accounts. Platform ad spend is entirely separate from consulting fees, is not held by me, and cannot be refunded by Hesham Khamis. Platform billing is governed exclusively by each platform’s own terms.

05Refund requests and processing

To submit a refund request or discuss a billing adjustment, email me@heshamm.com with your invoice number, payment date, and the reason for the request. Eligible refunds are reviewed and initiated within 5 business days, returning funds to the original payment method (via Stripe or original transfer). Card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement.

أقدّم خدمات مهنية واستشارية مخصصة: إدارة الإعلانات المدفوعة، وتتبّع التحويلات، وتدقيق SEO التقني، واستشارات النمو. ونظرًا لأن هذه الخدمات تعتمد على تخصيص وقت وخبرة عملية وليست منتجات مادية جاهزة، فإن ما نُفِّذ من أعمال وما مضى من فترات عمل لا يمكن إرجاعه.

02المراحل والدفعات المسبقة

يُتفق على العمل مسبقًا عبر مراحل محددة أو أتعاب شهرية تُفوتر عبر invoice.heshamm.com. بمجرد بدء العمل في مرحلة متفق عليها أو في دورة الفوترة الشهرية الجارية، تصبح الرسوم المرتبطة بها مستحقة وغير قابلة للاسترداد. إذا سدّدت دفعة مسبقة لمراحل عمل مستقبلية لم يبدأ العمل فيها بعد، يحق لك طلب استرداد ذلك الجزء غير المبدأ فيه.

03إنهاء التعامل

يحق لأي منا إنهاء التعامل بإشعار مكتوب عبر البريد الإلكتروني، مع الالتزام بمدة الإشعار المحددة في العرض (أو 14 يومًا في حال عدم التحديد). العمل المنفّذ حتى تاريخ الإنهاء مستحق الدفع، وأي مبالغ دُفعت مسبقًا وتغطي فترات أو مخرجات تلي تاريخ الإنهاء تُرد بنسبة وتناسب.

04الإنفاق الإعلاني للمنصات

الإنفاق الإعلاني على المنصات مثل Google و Meta و TikTok و Snapchat يُسدَّد مباشرة من قبلك لتلك المنصات أو يُصرف من حساباتك المرتبطة بها. الإنفاق الإعلاني منفصل تمامًا عن أتعابي الاستشارية، ولا يدخل في حساباتي، ولا يمكن استرداده مني، ويخضع لسياسات الفوترة الخاصة بكل منصة إعلانية.

05آلية طلب الاسترجاع والمعالجة

لتقديم طلب استرجاع أو مناقشة تسوية فاتورة، راسلني على me@heshamm.com مع ذكر رقم الفاتورة وتاريخ الدفع وسبب الطلب. تُراجع الطلبات المستحقة وتُنفّذ خلال 5 أيام عمل، وتُعاد المبالغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية (عبر Stripe أو التحويل الأصلي). تستغرق عمليات الاسترداد إلى البطاقات البنكية عادة من 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل لتظهر في كشف حسابك حسب البنك المصدر.
